An alumni of Lawrence School Love dale, holding and M.Tech in Instrumentation and Controls Engineering. Set up the IT operations in Kakinada in 1990 and IT Solutions in 1991. Has been instrumental in the growth of the IT Education sector in Kakinada and Rajahmundry through the franchises of NIIT Ltd. . He is highly respected for his command of IT Technologies and academic and training skills. The products that have been developed by TIL/IT Solutions have been conceptualized and designed by him.

B.Jayaram Gopal
Director

Jayaram an MBA from A.M. Jain College Chennai is a Director. His expertise is in Business reengineering and Functionality Extraction. Created a unique business model with his own Business a Hero Honda Dealership, which has been the basis for many a small enterprise. Jayaram manages the SME segments of TIL and looks into the promotional activities of the existing products.

P.V.Raju
Director

A B.Tech in Electrical & Electronics Engineering has been the operation head of the ventures at TIL/IT Solutions. He heads the Education divisions besides the liaison work that is done with governmental organisations and business houses. The Implementation of major projects are his domain and he has a flair for garnering large amount of remains even In small time frames.

Graduate in BSc Electronics and PGD in Public Relations with over 15 years of experience in Business Development, Channel Management, Alliances and International Marketing in varied services and product industries apart from ICT industry.

An M.Tech from IIT, Delhi, brings in 19 years of experience in the fields of Manufacturing & IT Services. He was involved in development of numerous Desktop, Client/Server & Web Applications in diversified domains like Manufacturing, Materials, Marketing, CRM, Construction, Education, Health Care, Digitization etc using Microsoft (.NET) & Java (J2EE) Technologies.

Sai V. Kale
Technical Consultant

Sai Kale has more than twelve years of domestic and international consulting experience in enterprise systems design and development. He has worked with Fortune 500 customers in Germany, The Netherlands, The United Kingdom, Japan, Hong Kong, India and The Philippines. Customers have included Fedex, Bank of America, Standard Charter Bank of Hong Kong, I2, Home Depot, Alltel, SAP AG, AIG, BMG, GE Plastics, Ford, ACS, Veritas, Galileo, and Textron.

Sai’s versatility consistently has been demonstrated in both the wide range of industries in which he has worked successfully and the diversity of projects he has completed on time and within budget. Corporate positions held have included Senior Consultant, Strategic Consulting Services, Macromedia Corporation, and Senior Systems Architect, McDonald’s Corporation.

Mr. Kale’s strength in interacting with customers and assisting them in realistically defining their needs brings unusual strength to any project with which he is involved. He enjoys working with customers; his work with them is characterized by a high degree of patience combined with finely tuned listening skills and technical expertise.

With B.S. and M.S. degrees in electrical engineering from major universities in India and a M.S. degree in computer science and engineering from Wayne State University, Sai is a specialist in systems architecture, design, development, integration, and performance testing and tuning.
